Sandbags (and more)

In the spirit of continuous improvement, I decided to revisit Tanks, Assemble!, one of my favorite jam games, and slightly redesigned the game to hopefully create a better experience.

Balancing Changes:

Flamethrower damage has been buffed yet again to make its tiny range useable.

Large and ultra large hulls have been buffed to have more speed and health.

Gameplay Changes:

Engine selection has been simplified down to just three engines. This should reduce the clutter in the build menu.

The 10 maps has been reduced down to 8 - after Rooms, the next four levels are Watchtower, Trenches, Canyon, and Railroad.

New feature: Sandbags. Sandbags allow nearby tanks to shoot through, but block shots fired from far away, making them essential to account for on the offensive or defensive.  Artillery projectiles ignore sandbags.

All maps have been reworked to encourage more variety in offensive/defensive strategies and tank combinations.

Quality of Life Changes:

Factories menus now close when you click outside the build menu, offering a more intuitive way to exit the build menu than the two other previously offered methods of clicking on the "close menu" button or pressing Esc.

The build menu will now tell you how much each part costs, in the form of engine cost + hull cost + weapon cost = total cost.

Newly unlocked components will now have a "(New!)" flag next to them. Also, some levels now have starting tanks to demonstrate the proper use of new mechanics.

Tutorial has been redesigned to (hopefully) be better.

Bugfixes:

Fixed bug where using newly unlocked parts on captured enemy factories would sometimes crash the game.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pinpoint the cause of the random crashes, so I just went around fixing all the warnings in the editor hoping that it would help. It may or may not have helped the issue, but I haven't had any crashes since then so far.
